Abstract Submission Guideline

All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system on the conference website https://ns.mahidol.ac.th/eafons2027 by 31 October 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submissions are required to adhere to the specified format.

• • Provide a concise, clear statement covering the aims, methods, results, and conclusions/implications.
• • A title has no more than 30 words that accurately reflects the abstract’s content.
• • Limit the main body to 300 words.
• • List three to five keywords in alphabetical order.

Important Information

1. Abstracts will be published in the eProgramme Book exactly as submitted, and authors are responsible for all errors.
2. Authors must specify whether their abstract is intended for oral or poster presentation, with the final decision made by the Scientific Committee.
3. Make sure all authors’ names (please indicate the presenting author) are provided accurately to prevent omissions in the abstract.

Notification of Acceptance

1. The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts in accordance with the established scientific track.
2. Acceptance notifications will be sent by email to the submitting author by 1 December 2026.
3. The presenting author must confirm their attendance by promptly replying to the acceptance notification.
4. If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by 31 December 2026, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
